To maintain high levels of quality the company has set-up a fully equipped laboratory with all the testing equipment as required by the Indian Standard (IS 2556 Part :I)

The normal tests carried out are
Crazing
Chemical Resistance
Abrasion
Water Absorption
Resistance to staining and burning
Pan Capacity
Warpage
Thickness & DIN Measurement

These tests are carried out on every batch of production. The production manager studies the results. Any changes required in the production parameters are applied there and then itself. Further, There is a habit of preventing the parameters of production to go out of the required limits. The attitude of process control is applied. This reduces rejection at every stage.
